The meals tasted great but weren’t calorically sustaining. 250 calories is barely enough to pass as a hiker snack let alone a full meal. And at $11 per meal, there are much cheaper options available that provide more calories and are vegetarian (even vegan). The product cooked well, and I had no other issues. I wouldn’t buy this again simply because it’s not cost effective for meal making on any length of outdoor expedition.
